News
Isis have just completed a first floor internal refurbishment contract of 1 Carey Lane, London EC2. Works involved stripping out the previous tenant partitions, finishes, and M&E installations, followed by refurbishment and redecoration works. Despite All other floors of the building remaining occupied, the project was completed without any issues, within the £110k budget and the 8 week programme. The client was CBRE Global Investors with Trident Building Consultancy acting as the Contract Administrator.

Isis Restoration have secured a £410,000 transformation of an existing office block into 8 individual flats. We are working closely with Better Properties and PSK to complete these works on time and within budget. - Completion Summer 2013.
